The stable construction of the laser machine, manufactured in Plauen with German and high quality components from Asia, guarantees a high working exactness and stable quality. With up to 300 mm/s (18 m/min) of cutting speed and up to 800 mm/s (48 m/min) (optional up to 3000 mm/s) engraving speed you can produce very clean and sharp cutting edges and accurate engraves This CO2 laser is ideal suitable for cutting and engraving of various non-metallic materials, such as PPMA acrylic, wood and wood products, paper and paperboard, plastic and foam plastic and much more, as well as for engraving and marking of acrylic, glass, ceramic and porcelain, plastic and foam plastic, wood and wood products, paper and paperboard, textiles etc. Bare metal surfaces (such as aluminium or stainless steel) can not be processed directly with this CO2 laser engraving machine. You can engrave these surfaces by applying a metal marking fluid, who will be burned-in to the meatl surface while laser engraving. In anodized aluminium or coated metal (such as lacquered brass or aluminium) you can engrave the surface directly by work on the anodized or painted layer. With either method, you get very good results. The markings are highly resistant to mechanical, chemical and climatic infuences. The cutting of metalls is not possible with this CO2 laser machine with a power up to 200 W. User-friendly and intuitively - the provided control software (German or English) does the processing of your diagrammatic creations more simply than ever and also allows engraving of photos. Saving the parameters with each file and the enlarged functions simplify the realization of special engravings (bar code, matrix, stamp, seals, figure sheets etc.). The integrated memory allows working without the computers permanently data sends.
